was hoping to put up the original album artwork for Love
Machine (TB 39) LP which this song originally appeared
on but as all my albums are packed away in boxes, we will
both (you and I) have to settle for the artwork to the
Getting Our Heads Back Together (TB 109) CD,
which re-issued this song.
I posted this song in celebration
of friend, Jennifer Shahade, winning the US Women's Championship
and a place on the US Olympic Chess team. See a few games
here.
I'm looking to find a few
more chess songs (excepting those included in the musical
of the same name), so if you got 'em
As an aside, AllMusic.com
lists this track as "Cheesemaster
from Hell." Cheese?
Note: In the next few weeks
I'll be moving the Teenbeat MP3 of the Week to integrate
it into my brand spankin' new weblog.
I'm not sure yet how it will effect content, but things
will change and the "secret tracks" may dissappear...
